Goal
To establish a way for end-users to quickly get their questions answered from the job site—wherever that may be.
Approach
Brand and implement a program to serve as an umbrella for all BURNDY customer service programs. BURNDYLink™ launched as a way for line workers to connect with BURNDY from the field through the use of QR codes attached to the BURNDY tools being used. Supporting materials included instructional pieces, rugged key tags that appeal to the customer base, and flash drives with industry-specific software.
Results
Quickly embraced by the client and users, additional supplies have been ordered.
