Goal – Senior Management at a New Hampshire based electrical manufacturing facility was looking to develop a creative way to promote the BURNDY® tooling line and increase tooling sales.


Approach – Create an informational, but fun comic book that could be distributed by BURNDY sales people to the electrical distributors, contractors and end users of compression tools.


Results – A 16 page comic book featuring BURNDYMan, a superhero that restores peace, order and POWER to the land, was distributed with an enter to win contest entry form. The tooling division of BURNDY saw an increase in sales of 10.6% YOY (year over year), 575 customers completed the entry form, and 6 winners were awareded a streaming entertainment device.
